Minimum quantity of raw olive oil can lead to weight loss. What? The smell increases satiety according to international team of experts.


Researchers from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and the University of Vienna, found that those who ate olive oil with their meal consumed fewer calories.


Researchers, before reaching the above conclusions, submitted the volunteers who participated in the study blood tests and found that those who consumed olive oil with food, had higher levels of serotonin, a hormone that among others helps regulate appetite.
